• Food Preparation:
• Wash, peel, chop, and slice ingredients as directed.
• Assist in marinating, seasoning, and preparing food items.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Cooking Assistance:
• Operate kitchen equipment like grills, fryers, ovens, and blenders.
• Assist chefs or cooks in cooking and plating dishes.
• Monitor food temperatures and cooking times.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Keep food preparation areas clean and sanitized.
• Follow food safety regulations and proper storage procedures.
