• The Kitchen Crew Member plays a vital role in the preparation, cooking, and overall cleanliness of the kitchen. This position requires individuals to work as part of a team to ensure that food is prepared efficiently, safely, and in line with the establishment’s standards.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.
• Measure ingredients for recipes as required.
• Cook menu items to order under the supervision of chefs or line cooks.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met.
