Job summary

Quanta Paper Corporation in Iloilo City is seeking a motivated Key Account Specialist to promote and sell our paper products, grow distributor networks, and monitor regional performance against targets.

You will conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, manage orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and high customer satisfaction. Ownership of a motorcycle is advantageous but not required; gas allowance will be provided.

KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products

• Open new accounts/ distributors.

• Monitors sell out in stores.

• Ensures all distributors sign the distributors contract and adhere to the agreement.

• Serve as the primary contact, handling negotiations, order management, and strategic planning to meet business objectives.

• Maintain good relationship with existing accounts, providing good service at the same time ensuring the negotiations are fair for the company.

• Achieve sales targets and performance goals specific to the assigned region.

• Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and client meetings.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory.

• Prepare accurate sales reports and submit timely updates to management.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in collection of client dues.

• Represent the company at local events, shows, and client visits within the assigned area.

• Owning a motorcycle and driver's license will be an advantage but not required. ( Gas allowance for motorcycle use will be provided)
