The Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing assigned accounts, driving sales growth, and developing new business. The role involves developing strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets. The position requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Revenue Generation
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Generate purchase orders (POs) from assigned accounts
• Promote and Conduct Product Demo to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, specifically nurses
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities
• Develop new hospitals
• Account Management
• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts including hospitals, clinics, and, doctors if needed
• Ensure regular client visits and engagement
• Address client concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Business Development and Account Expansion
• Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts
• Penetrate new departments, units, and healthcare professionals
• Introduce new products and services to clients
• Collection and Receivables Management
• Assist in monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts receivable
• Coordinate with the Finance Department on billing and collection concerns
• Assist in resolving payment discrepancies
• Market and Competitive Analysis
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management
• Identify new business opportunities within the market
• Coordination and Operational Support
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for delivery scheduling
• Work with Sales Admin for order processing
• Collaborate with Pharmacist for product and regulatory compliance
• Reporting and Documentation
• Prepare and submit required reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records
• Ensure proper documentation of transactions and communications
