In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving business growth. Based in the Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila area, this role is a crucial part of our Banking & Financial Services operations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or any related field
• At least 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Relationship Management, preferably in Cash Management Services, Cash-in-Transit (CIT), ATM Managed Services (AMS), banking operations, or financial services
• Experience in contract management, SLA monitoring, and commercial negotiations
• Background or knowledge in ATM monitoring systems and cash management platforms is an advantage
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
