Job summary

CT Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Network Support Associate to assist with installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of networking gear, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, and wireless networking.
• Basic understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security concepts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is an advantage.
• Willing to learn new technologies and work in a client-support environment.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite, render overtime, and participate in on-call support when required.
• Experience with network monitoring tools, ticketing systems, or managed services environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities
