• Monitor and manage network systems 24/7.
• Fix network issues quickly, especially critical ones.
• Maintain and support network hardware and systems.
• Hardware upgrades.
• Work with vendors and global teams.
• Support and guide junior engineers.
• Handle escalations from lower-level teams.
• Keep records and documentation up to date.
• Monitor system logs to prevent issues.
• Participate in network change activities.
• Keep the company’s network stable, secure, and running smoothly.
