Key Responsibilities

The Junior Network Engineer will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting, monitoring network performance, and providing technical support to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.

• Assist in maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security using standard tools.
• Provide first-level support for network-related incidents and escalations when needed.
• Support in implementing network changes, upgrades, and patching.
• Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and processes.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to resolve connectivity issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
