Dualtech Training Center Foundation, Inc is seeking a Network Administrator to design, implement, and manage campus network infrastructure. The role covers routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and IoT initiatives to support a Smart Campus environment.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE and at least two years of hands-on network experience, with strong TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, VLAN, and security skills. Certification and vendor familiarity are highly valued.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Atleast 2 years of experience in network administration, network infrastructure, IT support, or a related technical role is preferred.
Experience managing enterprise or organizational network environments is an advantage.
Hands‑on experience troubleshooting wired and wireless networks is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing and subnetting, DHCP, DNS, routing and switching, VLANs, network security, wireless networking, and network monitoring.
Knowledge or experience with Fortinet/FortiGate, Ruijie/Reyee, MikroTik, and Cisco is highly preferred.
Relevant networking certifications or training are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Monitor network performance, connectivity, bandwidth, and availability.
Configure and maintain IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing, switching, and network security.
Perform preventive maintenance and resolve network and internet connectivity issues.
Coordinate with ISPs and network vendors for technical support, installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Support network infrastructure planning and Smart Campus/IoT technology initiatives.
Provide technical support for computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment when required.
Maintain network topology, configurations, inventory, incident records, and technical documentation.
Prepare network monitoring, maintenance, and technical reports.
