Job summary

London Outsourced Ltd. is seeking a resourceful Junior Talent Sourcing & General Assistant in Metro Manila. You will source candidates for marketing and creative roles, perform first-pass screening, and support the CEO with admin tasks, research, and supplier coordination across the business.

You will search on SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Jobs, and other boards, build shortlists, reach passive candidates, and keep records updated. Strong English and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on recruitment sourcing experience, ideally in marketing/creative roles such as social media, content, design and performance marketing
• Experience using SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn and Facebook Jobs for candidate sourcing
• Some experience in an admin, virtual assistant or general assistant role
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities, vendor relationships and confidential information
• Strong written and spoken English; able to communicate with international clients and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: source candidates through SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Jobs and other job boards
• Run keyword and Boolean searches to build shortlists for active roles
• Reach out to passive candidates by message, email and phone
• Carry out first-pass screening and schedule interviews
• Keep candidate records and the applicant pipeline up to date
• Post and refresh job ads across platforms
