• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand talent needs and provide sourcing insights
• Drive employer branding initiatives across digital channels to strengthen talent attraction
• Explore and implement innovative sourcing tools, AI platforms, and automation solutions
