Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing – Find and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Social Media Engagement – Post job openings, assist with recruitment content, and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Data Management & Reporting – Update candidate records, track sourcing activities, and assist with recruitment reports.
• Team Collaboration – Work with Recruiters and team members to support hiring needs and improve sourcing activities.
