Job summary

Finastra in Metro Manila is hiring a Junior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing clients in the Universal Banking unit. You will work with customers to understand objectives, identify value opportunities, and support revenue targets under Sales Leadership mentorship.

You will develop strong customer relationships, engage stakeholders at all levels, and contribute to long-term retention of accounts, while embedding AI to boost productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships.
• Experience in B2B sales and/or account management desirable.
• Familiarity with Finastra products is a plus.
• Word and Excel proficiency; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and develop account plans for revenue growth.
• Engage with customers, including on-site visits, to understand business drivers.
• Communicate strategic plans and status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts: services, upsells, renewals.
• Collaborate across functions to manage opportunities and compliance.
• Maintain accurate account and forecasting data in CRM systems.
• Coordinate resources for delivery of materials to customers.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitors and Finastra products.
