Job summary

PeoplePartners in the Philippines seeks an AU Tender & Estimating Coordinator (CostX) to turn complex RFT packages into organized, review-ready submissions for Australian projects. You will support an Australian client, manage tender calendars, review drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance and timely submission in a remote, work-from-home setup.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years’ tendering/estimating experience, CostX proficiency, strong document control, and MS Office skills to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting construction tenders and estimating.
• Experience with new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Understanding of construction and fit-out build processes.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes, and tender documentation.
• Experience with CostX.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong document control and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tender registers, filing systems and correspondence.
• Manage tender calendars and track submission deadlines.
• Review RFT conditions, scopes of work, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare tender compliance checklists and matrices.
• Identify differences in subcontractor inclusions and exclusions.
• Prepare and format tender submission documents.
• Populate methodology statements, returnable schedules, and cover pages.
• Support the review and comparison of subcontractor quotations.
• Maintain accurate and organized tender documentation.
• Build and update capability statements, project sheets, credentials decks, and case studies.
• Ensure tender documentation is complete and ready for review.
