Job summary

Shore360 is seeking an Offshore Estimator (Onsite, Day Shift) in the Philippines to prepare accurate project estimates and tenders using Groundplan, Simpro, Bluebeam Revu, and Excel. You will support tender delivery, perform quantity take-offs, and ensure pricing assumptions and risks are clearly documented for Australian clients.

You will collaborate with Australian estimating teams, maintain QA, and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating workflows, tools, and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Groundplan and Simpro in a construction estimating environment.

Responsibilities

• Systems, Process and Continuous Improvement: Use approved estimating systems, templates, databases, and pricing methodologies across regions; Groundplan and Simpro as primary platforms.
