Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email management.
• Fast learner.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
• Honest, reliable with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent availability on phones and answer routed calls with a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to phone calls and live chats promptly, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in real time.
• Ensure high quality standards of communication with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Read client/end user requests, diagnose and resolve issues using documentation, training and team support.
• Develop understanding of user accounts and access processes to resolve reported problems.
• Provide clear, well-written responses to tickets and diagnose user queries accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy through tone, language and action in response to queries.
• Escalate queries as necessary following the process.
• Follow processes with team members and complete recurring administrative tasks.
