Job summary

Beep in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth by engaging clients, forming partnerships, and supporting sales initiatives in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

You will research opportunities, build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, lead contract negotiations, onboard new clients, monitor service delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/certification) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or related functions.
• Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives.
• Ready to join immediately or at the earliest possible start date.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
• Build and grow a healthy sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Lead contract negotiations and coordinate onboarding of new clients.
• Monitor client SLAs and project delivery with internal teams.
• Develop monthly sales plans to achieve goals.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
