Job summary

FinCom Technologies in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Key Account Associate to help manage and grow relationships with our merchant partners on our e-commerce platform.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are confident communicators, enjoy interacting with clients, and are comfortable presenting ideas and solutions. You'll collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance to onboard merchants, manage accounts, and drive campaigns and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting ideas to individuals or small groups.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new merchant partners onto the platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned merchant accounts through regular communication.
• Serve as the primary contact for merchant inquiries and provide timely support.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce platform features, campaigns, and business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing account reviews, performance updates, and business recommendations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance to execute campaigns and merchant requests.
• Monitor merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and sales.
• Escalate operational issues when necessary and track them through resolution.
