Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a Key Account Lead to manage a portfolio of dealer accounts across the Philippines. You will drive activations and growth while ensuring compliance and strong relationships with store owners and staff. This role bridges frontline relationships with PayJoy's commercial objectives.

You will identify performance gaps, execute targeted sales programs, and collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless program delivery at the account level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field sales, account management, dealer development, or related role.
• Background in telco, fintech, consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail preferred.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets to track and interpret sales data.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with store owners and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of dealer accounts with regular store visits to monitor performance and relationships.
• Drive activations and VGM targets via in-store promotions and incentive programs.
• Analyze account-level sales data to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities; present findings.
• Onboard new dealer accounts and coordinate training for staff on credit and workflows.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Marketing to resolve issues and support campaigns.
• Maintain accurate account activity and performance metrics in CRM systems.
