Strategic Networks, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an IT Helpdesk/End User Support specialist to manage incidents and requests for all end-user devices. You will support hardware, software, LAN components, and peripherals, covering Windows and non-Windows environments.

The role includes on-site repairs for remote users, determining configuration needs, and establishing end-user SLAs. You will also oversee the ticketing system and provide timely status updates while identifying process

Qualificações

Experience in incident and request management for end-user devices.
Proficient in Windows and non-Windows environments.
Ability to perform on-site repairs for remote users.
Experience with ticketing systems and status updates.

Responsabilidades

Provide incident and request management support for end user devices (Desktop, Laptop, Monitor, VPN, Printers, Scanner).
Support end users on hardware, software, applications, LAN components and peripherals.
Determine and execute system reconfiguration needs and establish end-user SLAs.
Carry out on-site analysis and resolution of desktop problems for end users.
Supervise ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of work orders.
Provide status updates to ticketing tools promptly.
Monitor and repair IT/office equipment and ensure systems run smoothly.
