Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support tickets and user inquiries.
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Assist with password resets, account access, email, VPN, printers, and related issues.
• Provide clear instructions and updates to end users.
• Document issue, steps, and resolution in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support when needed.
