Qualificações

• Experience solving desktop and laptop hardware/software issues.
• Ability to support Windows and non-Windows environments.
• Comfort with remote troubleshooting and ticket-based workflows.
• On-site repair capability when needed and fast issue resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide incident and request management support for end user devices.
