1840 & Company is seeking a remote L1 Technician in the Philippines to provide first-line IT support to end-users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and install or configure operating systems and applications. You will document tickets and assist with basic network issues.

Applicants with CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are preferred; an active NBI clearance is required. Graveyard shift availability is expected.

Competenze

• Diploma required; CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional is a plus.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Experience with ConnectWise is preferred.
• Willing to work graveyard schedule; Active NBI clearance required.

Mansioni

• Respond to and resolve support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Assist with network connectivity issues and basic network troubleshooting.
