group.one is seeking service-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our IT support team in Cebu City, Philippines. As the first point of contact, you will help colleagues get back up and running quickly by resolving issues and providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities include resolving complex problems, managing tickets in Zendesk, rolling out devices, and documenting solutions. Strong English communication and hardware/software knowledge are a must.

Formación

• Strong logical-analytical thinking and IT basics.
• Solid understanding of Windows client OS.
• Basic Windows Server and MacOS knowledge.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with laptop hardware support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide premium IT support to group.one employees worldwide via Email, Phone, and Chat.
• Resolve complex technical problems and provide timely solutions.
• Ticket monitoring and management in Zendesk.
• Participation and ownership of projects.
• Analyze and fix disruptions.
• Documentation of incident solutions and workarounds.
• Troubleshooting (remote and on-site).
• Collaborate with other internal IT colleagues daily.
• Responsible for the rollout of devices.
• Recording the devices in the inventory tool.
