Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of end-user tech issues.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support tickets and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Assist users with password resets, VPN, printers, and email.
• Provide clear, timely updates and document steps in the ticketing system.
