eFlexervices in the Philippines seeks a Jr. IT Specialist to provide desktop support and IT operations across the company. The role covers system access provisioning, asset and endpoint management, and collaboration with vendors to keep hardware and software up to date.

The candidate should be skilled in macOS and Windows, with experience in Azure AD, Okta, and Google Workspace. A proactive, fast-paced mindset is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
• Proficiency in macOS and Windows OS.
• IAM experience with Azure AD, Okta.
• Google Workspace Admin level operations.
• IT operations/helpdesk experience.

Responsibilities

• General IT and Desktop Support.
• Provide technical support via helpdesk, email, and chat channels.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues on Mac & Windows devices and mobile devices.
• Resolve VPN and network connectivity issues for Windows and macOS.
• Create, manage, and maintain user access using Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.
• Audit applications for proper access controls.
• Own onboarding/offboarding access provisioning.
• Facilitate onboarding tech-calls and timely access configuration.
• Deactivate accounts promptly for offboarding.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair/replacement.
• Enforce endpoint security standards (2FA, antivirus, firewall).
• Lead IT project tasks and propose infrastructure improvements.
• Deliver IT improvements benefiting the workforce.
