Job summary

eFlexervices, a long‑standing BPO in the Philippines, seeks a Jr. IT Specialist to provide Mac and Windows OS support, desktop assistance, and access management. You will ensure secure provisioning, onboard/offboard processes, and asset/end-point management across locations.

The role emphasizes IAM, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools, with a flexible hybrid work setup for staying productive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional IT experience.
• Proficient in macOS and Windows OS.
• Hands-on IAM experience with Azure AD, Okta, and IAM frameworks.
• Experience with Google Workspace Admin operations.
• Strong IT Helpdesk and desktop support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general IT and desktop support across company locations via helpdesk, email, and chat.
• Manage user access, accounts, passwords, and security profiles (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace).
• Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure timely access provisioning.
• Coordinate asset and endpoint management, hardware repairs, and security enforcement (2FA, antivirus, firewall).
• Owner IT projects and propose infrastructure improvements to boost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will provide general IT and desktop support, system access and application support, as well as asset and endpoint management

What you\'ll be doing:

1. General IT and Desktop Support

• Provide comprehensive technical support to employees across all company locations via helpdesk, email, and chat channels.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues across all Mac & Windows-based computers, mobile devices, and active technology products/applications.
• Actively diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and complex VPN problems for both Windows and macOS users.

2. System Access and Application Support

• Create, manage, and maintain user access, enterprise accounts, passwords, data integrity, and strict security profiles utilizing Okta, Azure AD, and the Google Workspace Admin Console.
• Conduct routine audits of company applications to verify that internal access controls are correctly implemented and functioning.

3. Onboarding and Offboarding Facilitation

• Own the end-to-end access provisioning process, ensuring that all necessary accesses and accounts are fully operational prior to a new employee\'s target onboarding date.
• Facilitate onboarding tech-calls with new employees to ensure proper access configuration and adherence to company security guidelines.
• Execute swift, timely account deactivations for offboarding users, ensuring corporate data is securely suspended and leaving employees are removed from all systems immediately.

4. Asset and Endpoint Management

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, corporate software, and applications within the company ecosystem.
• Coordinate directly with third-party vendors to repair or replace failing hardware components.
• Enforce and support corporate endpoint security standards (including 2FA, antivirus, firewall policies, etc.).

5. IT Project Management & Optimization

• Take direct ownership of designated IT project-related tasks and operational updates.
• Identify, evaluate, and suggest infrastructure solutions to enhance the existing setup and drive organization-wide efficiency.
• Deliver strategic IT suggestions and technical improvements to existing tools that benefit the entire workforce.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Core Technical Experience & Proficiencies

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
• Operating Systems: Strict, non-negotiable technical proficiency in both macOS and Windows OS .
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Required hands-on experience with Azure AD, Okta , and general Identity & Access Management frameworks.
• Cloud Administration: Required experience with Google Workspace Admin level operations and Cloud Application Management.
• IT Operations: Strong experience handling IT Support and Helpdesk Systems.

2. Core Competencies

• Lifecycle Management: Direct, hands-on experience executing user lifecycle events, specifically onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Networking & VPN: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (connectivity, routing, printing) and concrete experience troubleshooting VPN issues across both Windows and macOS platforms.
• Collaboration Tools: Familiar with Zoom, Slack, MS Office, and other commonly used enterprise tools.

3. Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Endpoint Management: Jamf (Mac) (6/10) and Microsoft Intune (6/10)
• Documentation & Operations: IT Project Documentation / Coordination (6/10) and
