Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. in the Philippines is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Services III-Help Desk to provide expert technical support across systems and platforms.

You will collaborate with IT teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to efficient IT operations for clients. The role requires 5+ years in IT support or system administration, strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, networking, and experience with ConnectWise, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Zendesk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of IT support or system administration experience with advanced troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS and enterprise applications.
• Extensive networking experience: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems: ConnectWise, ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier III support for complex application, hardware, and networking issues.
• Diagnose issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Assist in management and administration of IT systems, including servers, databases, and cloud services.
• Offer high-level support to end-users, providing guidance and training on IT systems and applications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures and solutions.
• Mentor and support junior IT staff with technical guidance.
• Monitor system performance and security, identifying issues proactively.
• Participate in incident response activities and collaborate with IT teams.
