Mintrix Business Advisory is seeking a Junior Inbound Sales and Event Coordination specialist to support events across hospitality venues. You will respond to Australian client enquiries, qualify details, and generate quotes, contracts and confirmations.

Working remotely from Manila, you will coordinate bookings, liaise with Sales, Operations and kitchen teams, and ensure all guest requirements, dietary needs and timing are accurately captured.

Formación

• Inboundsales, customer service or reservations experience preferred.
• Able to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines with accuracy.
• Fluent written and spoken English with professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to enquiries via email, phone and booking platforms.
• Qualify event type, date, guests, budget and preferences; prepare quotes and contracts.
• Coordinate bookings through to event delivery with venue teams and kitchen staff.
• Prepare function sheets, run sheets and post‑event follow‑up.
• Maintain information across systems like Roller and Notion; track deposits and invoices.
