Connectuz Career Development and Consultancy in Makati seeks an On-site Fresh Graduate/Student for a Full-time role in hotel events coordination. You will coordinate with departments, liaise with clients, and help manage budgets and proposals to deliver successful functions.

The position offers training and development opportunities in events, sales, and client service, with a focus on hospitality operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or current students.
• Basic understanding of event coordination and client communication.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee hotel events, functions, meetings, and banquet activities from inquiry to completion.
• Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, contracts, and function sheets.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Banquet, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering) to ensure smooth event execution.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings.
• Monitor event setup, operations, and breakdown to ensure quality service.
• Handle client concerns and provide prompt solutions during events.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and event details.
• Assist in achieving sales targets through client relationship management and business development.
• Ensure all events comply with hotel policies, safety standards, and client expectations.
• Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
