RM101 Square is seeking a highly motivated Junior Chief of Staff - Finance & Management to partner with the CEO in a fast-paced setting. You will translate financial data and business insights into actionable recommendations, coordinating priorities across teams.
The role involves managing calendars, preparing materials, and tracking budgets, cash flow, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and strategic Junior Chief of Staff - Finance & Management to work closely with the CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with financial data, accounting reports, business analysis, people, and management priorities, with the ability to translate information into practical recommendations and actions.
Organize and manage the CEO's calendar and priorities to ensure efficient use of time
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items
Follow up with responsible individuals and departments to ensure timely completion of action items
Assist the CEO in monitoring the company's financial performance and key financial indicators
Review and analyze financial and accounting reports, budgets, expenses, cash flow, and other financial information
Assist in preparing management reports, financial summaries, forecasts, and business analysis
Monitor budget versus actual performance and identify significant variances
Work closely with the CEO to identify and evaluate strategic business opportunities
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support business decisions
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Background in Finance and Accounting is required
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting operations
Preferably 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Operations, or a similar role
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to understand and interpret financial information
Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and work effectively with different teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting tools
Background in real estate, property development, or investment is an advantage
