RM101 Square is seeking a highly motivated Junior Chief of Staff - Finance & Management to partner with the CEO in a fast-paced setting. You will translate financial data and business insights into actionable recommendations, coordinating priorities across teams.

The role involves managing calendars, preparing materials, and tracking budgets, cash flow, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience or background in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the CEO's calendar and priorities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
• Document meeting minutes and action items.
• Follow up on action items with departments.
• Monitor financial performance and key indicators with CEO.
• Review financial reports, budgets, cash flow and variances.
• Prepare management reports, forecasts, and analyses.
• Identify significant variances between budget and actual.
• Support strategic business opportunities and market research.
