• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of financial databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Work closely with various departments to understand and analyze the financial impact of business activities and initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
