Novulutions Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative support and coordinate activities within the executive office.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling a wide range of executive support tasks for the IT-focused company. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documents and presentations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of activities within the executive office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communication, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
Organize and prioritize incoming information and requests, ensuring timely responses and action.
Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and projects as required.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and activities.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the CEO and executive team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
