Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Inbound/Outbound Sales Associate for B2B software in Ortigas Center, Pasig. This junior role covers end-to-end sales from prospecting to close, plus win-back and account growth within the installed base.

You will manage outbound outreach, discovery, and pipeline updates, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client requirements and meet targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a BPO setting supporting a global company.
• Familiarity with a high-velocity sales environment.
• Able to prospect aggressively, close deals, maintain client relationships, and sell deeper within assigned accounts.
• Knowledge of effective questioning, objection handling, challenger/value selling, and closing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
• Comfortable working onsite in Ortigas across mid and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Sales Support Specialist and/or Sales Associate in a high-velocity environment.
• Execute high-velocity sales through calls, email outreach, and campaigns.
• Generate and convert opportunities from the installed base and new logos.
• Hunt prospects, build pipeline, and win-back opportunities.
• Follow up inbound leads and convert to opportunities and wins.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain growth and retention across assigned accounts.
• Document communications in the CRM and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
