Job summary

You will manage existing accounts, coordinate with operations, and drive recurring revenue through proactive client engagement, presentations, and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in sales, account management, business development, or client handling is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, procurement teams, and corporate clients.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Handle and convert inbound inquiries and company-generated leads.
• Prospect and acquire new clients through calls, referrals, field visits, networking, online platforms, and partnerships.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and recommendations based on client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, agreements, and business terms with clients.
• Close sales opportunities and secure long-term business relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor client purchasing patterns and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and account check-ins.
• Coordinate with operations and admin teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to increase recurring orders and account retention.
