Productivity Technologies Services (PTSI), Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and manage end-to-end sales cycles in a B2B environment in the Philippines.

You will engage potential clients through cold calling and visits, propose IT solutions, and coordinate with product teams to close deals. The role emphasizes achieving monthly targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and attending trainings to deepen IT knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related course.
• 1–3yrs work experience in Sales or preferably work related industry.
• Sales and account management experience, particularly in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and software is increasingly important.
• Sales Executives often manage multiple accounts and need to stay organized to meet deadlines.
• The ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and manage relationships is crucial.
• Effective negotiation skills needed to close deals and reach sales targets.
• The ability to persuade clients and present the value of products or services is important.
• The ability to analyze sales data and market trends is becoming increasingly important.
• Understanding the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, is beneficial.
• A focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations is highly valued.
• Sales Executives often work independently but also collaborate with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned trainings to develop IT knowledge.
• Do Lead Generation through cold-calling and client visits in an effort to build active customer database.
• Submit required reports such as Sales and Profit Report and Lead Generation Report.
• Develop strategies that will help in the penetration of key industries such as BPO, FSI, Manufacturing and Retail.
• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly gross profit quota.
• Represent PTSI in client, distributor and vendor events.
• To perform additional responsibilities as may be required by Management.
