You will be responsible for assisting in the management of the sales pipeline across both end users and channel partners, helping to drive deals through the sales process. 2. Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include the following:
Pipeline & Demand Generation
- Assist in building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline across enterprise end users and partners in the Philippines.
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, industry events, and outbound activity.
- Identify and qualify new logo opportunities for Graybox’s security services portfolio.
Deal Management
- Support the management of opportunities through the sales cycle: qualification, scoping, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Coordinate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to scope solutions and produce accurate proposals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and activity records in the CRM.
Partner Development
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of channel/reseller partners capable of offering Graybox’s services.
- Develop partners who can handle licensing for complementary security and IT solutions, expanding Graybox’s reach and deal value.
- Build joint go-to-market plans and manage partner-sourced and partner-fulfilled deals.
Account & Relationship Management
- Develop trusted relationships with key client and partner stakeholders, including technical and executive buyers.
- Grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell of Graybox’s service lines.
- Act as the commercial point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and renewal.
3. Reporting and Collaboration
You will work under the direction of the Sales Director or such other supervisor or project lead as may be designated by the Company from time to time.

5. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a focus in IT, cybersecurity, IT/cybersecurity services, or managed services.
- Demonstrated success carrying and exceeding quota
- Understanding of the Philippine enterprise and public-sector market, with the motivation to build a network of buyers and partners.
- Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts and the ability to articulate value to both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Tagalog/Filipino language skills preferred.
- Self-directed, comfortable generating pipeline independently and working in a lean, fast-moving environment.
6. Preferred / Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Philippine IT and security vendor landscape.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance drivers (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS) as sales context.
- Industry sales certifications or vendor sales accreditations.
- Experience building and managing channel/partner relationships, ideally including license/reseller arrangements.
- Experience in managing complex deals from lead to closure.
