Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in a Philippine back-office setting, a BA degree, and fluency in English with strong business Japanese. Domestic and international travel ~20% is expected.

Your Role

As a support role for the Site leader, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks related to business operations in the Philippines. You will be a collaborator with the Site leader, and your mission will be wide-ranging, including organizational management and business improvement, but it's a rewarding environment. More specifically, your responsibilities may include:

• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders together with the Site leader.
• Back office operations such as budget management, human resources, and accounting, etc.
• Business improvement work for rational organizational management.

Qualifications

• 5 + years of experience working in a back office team for customer service operations in the Philippines.
• Bachelor of Arts Degree.
• Ability to travel internationally 20% of the time.
• Native English fluency.
• Business level or higher Japanese fluency.
• Experience in creating documents, manuals, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Graduate Degree.
• Experience working in a healthcare and/or recruiting industry.

Salary

Total Comp: $50K - 60K with 10% Variable

Location

18h floor, Two/Neo Building, 28th street cor. 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines

Working hours

PHT 0am~9am (Including an hour rest)

• No operations on US Saturdays and Sundays.
• Planning positions are the same as above, but negotiable.
