Private Advertiser in Makati is seeking a role focused on ensuring application health and rapid incident resolution. You will monitor logs, perform RCA, support deployments, and coordinate recovery across infrastructure and cloud components.

The position involves Troubleshooting Java-based services, validating data and batch jobs, and maintaining operational records for audits, with collaboration across IT teams and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Check application health, alerts, logs, and dashboards; ensure system availability
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), apply fixes/workarounds
• Troubleshoot login issues, application errors, performance complaints, access issues
• Support code deployments, verify successful deployment, perform smoke testing
• Review logs from Java applications, Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, Spring Boot services, etc.
• Analyze CPU, memory, database response times, thread utilization, JVM performance
• Debug Java code, identify defects, implement minor fixes
• Execute queries, validate data, troubleshoot data issues, support batch jobs
• Verify daily/weekly batch job completion and resolve failures
• Restart services when required, investigate outages, coordinate recovery efforts
• Monitor APIs, troubleshoot request/response issues, validate payloads
• Implement configuration updates and environment changes following change processes
• User provisioning, role management, password reset support
• Prepare SOPs, runbooks, RCA reports, knowledge articles
• Provide updates to users, business teams, project managers, and clients
• Validate environment readiness and troubleshoot environment-specific issues
• Work with infrastructure, cloud, database, and third-party vendors
• Identify recurring incidents, recommend permanent fixes and improvements
• Maintain logs, evidence, and operational records for audits
