Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain live services and gateways to ensure 24/7 operations.
• Initiate functional testing for critical services as part of monitoring.
• Acknowledge, escalate, and resolve incidents per SLAs and follow up until resolution.
• Address business and customer requests promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and generate reports on live services as needed.
