Job summary

Citi in Manila is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to ensure stability of core business apps. You will lead incident and problem management in ITIL framework, provide L2/L3 support for Big Data platforms, and own batch scheduling with Autosys.

The role requires hands-on Unix/Linux, SQL querying, ITRS Geneos monitoring, and automation to reduce toil. You will coordinate with global teams, perform RCA, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Application/Production Support
• Experience in ITIL Incident & Problem Management
• Hands-on Unix/Linux troubleshooting
• Experience with Big Data/EAP environments
• Experience with Autosys and batch scheduling

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end incident resolution for L2/L3 production incidents with strict SLA/SLO adherence
• Lead Major Incident triage and coordinate with global teams to restore services
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and write Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs)
• Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines, batch jobs, and data queries
• Develop automation scripts to reduce toil and improve operational workflows
