Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in technical support or related roles.
• Extensive L2/L3 application support experience.
• Backend development with Java/Spring Boot.
• AWS experience and cloud familiarity.
• Experience with incident management tools.
• Strong documentation and communication.
• Agile workflows and DevOps mindset.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex L2/L3 incidents.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Troubleshoot backend services, APIs and microservices.
• Take ownership of tickets, ensure timely resolution.
• Identify recurring problems and implement fixes.
• Support production applications and deployments.
