Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Strong relationship-building, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop territory plans, analyze sales data, and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Tarlac City and nearby areas in a hybrid role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales activities in the assigned district, achieving targets.
• Cultivate relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and clinics; identify opportunities.
• Develop territory sales plans and forecast performance; report results.
