Job summary

GenDx Biotech is seeking an IVD Sales Executive to drive expansion of diagnostic solutions in the Philippines, joining our growing international team.

You will develop and grow sales of reagents and instruments, build relationships with hospitals and laboratories, and identify new opportunities.

The role requires English proficiency, travel willingness, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in IVD, molecular diagnostics, medical devices, or laboratory solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of IVD reagents and diagnostic instruments in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable diagnostic solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training.
• Support marketing activities, exhibitions, workshops, and scientific events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
