Job summary

RGL Bio Alliance Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Sales Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in the Bicol Region. You will present and promote IVD products to healthcare institutions, demo solutions, and provide technical consultation.

You will manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, respond to inquiries, coordinate technical support, and maintain sales records. Travel within the Bicol Region is required to support customers and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years work experience in IVD industry of similar field.
• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand diagnostic technologies and translate them into practical solutions for clients.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including relationship building, account management, and follow-through on client needs.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related scientific or technical field preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and travel within the Bicol Region as needed.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Present and promote IVD products and solutions to healthcare institutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical consultation to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate technical support, and ensure timely resolution of product-related issues.
• Maintain accurate sales records, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings and customer experience.
