Job summary

First Datacorp is seeking a Solutions Design Specialist to lead in designing IT solutions with emphasis on security, automation, and proof-of-concept initiatives. You will tailor solutions using ITSM frameworks and present the benefits to clients during technical sessions.

You will support customers with demonstrations, implement automation strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier IT services in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Info Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, systems, and automation platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience in Solutions Design or Product Demo.

Responsibilities

• Lead in designing IT solutions with focus on security, automation, and PoC initiatives.
• Handle, develop, and implement solutions using ITSMs to streamline business processes.
