The Cre8Tive Group Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Manager and/or Assistant Manager for a modern Italian restaurant located at Orchardgateway and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine@Novena.

You will coordinate restaurant operations, deploy staff, and lead a young, vibrant team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities include scheduling, stock control, procurement, daily sales reporting, and maintaining high service standards while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate restaurant operations and manage a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in personnel scheduling, procurement, and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, manpower deployment, and schedule planning.
• Lead by example and nurture a positive working environment.
• Deploy, supervise, direct, and motivate staff; handle paperwork.
• Daily sales reporting and sales settlement; manage stock levels and monthly stock take; procurement and liaising with suppliers.
• Host guests, manage table setups, confirm reservations, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently; ensure cleanliness and timely service.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
