Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Operation Manager for an aesthetic clinic in Singapore. You will oversee daily outlet operations, monitor staff, manage inventory, and ensure licensing and compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years in operations, a Diploma or Degree in business or operations management, and willingness to travel between outlets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, service quality, housekeeping and overall outlet standards.
• Manage inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on promotions, new products, maintenance and operational matters.
• Manage staff rostering, leave arrangements and staff assessments.
• Ensure all licenses, permits and certifications are properly maintained and renewed on time.
• Assist with audits, IT and facilities matters and prepare basic operational reports.
• Identify operational issues and follow up on timely solutions.

Location:Novena / Orchard
Working Hours:Mon to Fri, 10am to 7pm
Basic Salary:up to $4500
