Job Description

• As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to all internal clients, ensuring the smooth operation, security, and reliability of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and provide daily IT support to all internal users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related concerns
• Maintain and support IT hardware equipment, including desktops, laptops, and related peripherals
• Oversee the maintenance and support of all CCTV components to ensure proper functionality and security coverage
• Maintain and support all network components, including routers, switches, and data cabling
• Ensure continuous internet connectivity by implementing and managing backup internet solutions
• Coordinate with network and CCTV suppliers or service providers for higher-level technical support when necessary
• Maintain physical security of all servers and network equipment
• Implement and monitor network security measures to maintain a secure and zero-attack data environment
• Ensure all CPUs/workstations are protected with up-to-date antivirus, firewall, and other security measures

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• With relevant experience in IT support, network administration, and CCTV systems
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, network infrastructure, and system security
• Familiarity with antivirus software, firewall configuration, and data protection practices
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
